Systems Engineer (HK-SE)

We are looking for ONE (1) SE in Hong Kong.

The SE will report duty at our Hong Kong Office, perform work at customer locations and/or remotely work from home. The SE will require work permit at Hong Kong without visa sponsorship.

The primary responsibilities of the SE:

Conduct post-sales systems and networking work at customer locations.
Conduct pre-sales proof of concepts activities.
Conduct documentation work.
Achieve vendor sales/technical certifications as needed.

The technology areas that the SE will work on:

Information security areas, such as (but not limited to), firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, web filtering technologies, endpoint protections, key management systems, privileged access management systems, hardware security modules, etc.
Information technology areas, such as (but not limited to), ethernet switches, routers, servers, SAN systems, Hyperconverged infrastructure, etc.

The minimum requirements of the SE:

Ability to communicate (read, write and speak) in Cantonese and English. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
Have 5 years post-fulltime-study experience. Less experience will be considered as Associate SE.
Have switching and routing knowledge at CCNA or Network+ level.
Obtained a higher diploma or associated degree in information technology recognized in Hong Kong.

The package of the SE:

100% basic salary (no On Target Earning [OTE]).
Salary based on experience, skill sets and certifications.
14-day paid annual leave.
Mandatory Provident Fund.

Account Manager (HK-AM)

We are looking for ONE (1) AM in Hong Kong.

The AM will report duty at our Hong Kong Office, perform customer visits at customer locations and/or remotely work from home. The AM will require work permit at Hong Kong without visa sponsorship.

The primary responsibilities of the AM:

Conduct customer visits at customer locations and/or via remote meeting technologies.
Understand customer business requirements.
Map customer business requirements to the Group offerings.
Provide quotations and closing the deals.
Sales funnel management and reporting.
Achieve vendor sales certifications as needed.

The minimum requirements of the AM:

Ability to communicate (read, write and speak) in Cantonese and English. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
Have 3 years post-fulltime-study experience. Less experience will be considered as Associate AM.
Obtained a higher diploma or associated degree in information technology or business administration recognized in Hong Kong.

The package of the AM:

Basic salary and OTE (On Target Earning) ratio 50/50.
Basic salary based on sales quota and experience.
14-day paid annual leave.
Mandatory Provident Fund.
